Established in 2020, NAT (Dongguan) Stamped Steel Products Limited is formed by a group of experienced members. It is a professional metal toy cars and metal products manufacturer integrating R&D, production, domestic sales and global trading. The company's business scope includes different kinds of metal parts stamping (drawing, punching, etc.), bending and other processing, sheet metal parts processing, welding, mold making and final product assembly. The company's main products varies from foot-to-floor cars, steel pedal cars to wheelbarrows, wagons, from all kinds of road signs to metal boxes, metal parts. Besides, it undertakes customised projects, mold development and mass production.

Located in an industrial zone in Yantian, Dongguan City, which is quite close to Shenzhen, it takes only half an hour to Yantian port. The location and the very convenient traffic make logistics and transportation much faster. The factory is equipped with an independent production workshop with large-tonnage hydraulic presses machines, multiple professional stamping equipments, welding workshop and assembly lines. The factory area is also divided systematically into incoming material inspection area, raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse. The factory has set up a complete quality control system, implementing QC, QA and ICQ systems strictly in accordance with international SQL standards.

• With one 500T and one 150T hydraulic press machines, it is possible to make different sizes of deep drawing parts.

• Multiple stamping equipments help with different types of punching, progressive mold punching is also available.

• A grinding machine makes it possible to have finished metal parts without mold.

• The welding workshop is equipped with various welding machines to realise spot welding, CO2 protection welding, argon arc welding, etc.

• There is vertical driller, surface grinding machines, and radial drilling machine to make precise mold.
